Making a Complaint

At some stage in your relationship with Clutha Health First General Practice, you may feel that you have a genuine reason to complain about the service that you did or did not receive, or the manner in which your particular problem was dealt with.

In the first instance, please direct your complaint, in writing, to our Manager, who will investigate your concerns.

They will contact you to investigate your complaint. They will involve you in the process and in any remedial action that is taken.
